Who can use CoreNode
Founders, operators, and teams using the product for legitimate business planning. One human per account. Organizations can have multiple seats.
What you keep
You own every artifact CoreNode helps you produce — pitch deck, financial model, narrative, exports. We claim no rights to your plan content.
What we provide
A planning surface, AI assistance for content generation, exports in standard formats, and coherence checks across artifacts. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice — outputs are starting points, not professional opinions.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, no impersonation, no harassment, no scraping of other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that breach this in good faith judgement.
Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance. Cancel any time from /settings — your access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months. Annual plans, when offered, refund prorated unused months at our discretion.
Liability
CoreNode is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a specific investor decision. Verify all numbers, sources, and claims before using outputs in real fundraising.
